Lydia Jackson has been playing the role of Frida for 18 months.

Lydia has been part of the Super Troopers from the beginning, She started out as one of our dancers and handled the additional choreography required as things changed within the show.
Lydia has been playing the part of Frida, on and off, since 2002, as an understudy, but has taken the part on fulltime now.
Lydia can also been seen on the TV occasionally as she has had many supporting parts in shows like "Eastenders" and "The Bill".
